Where is your company based?
Our company is based in Fort Worth, but we are dedicated to servicing the greater DFW Metroplex. We are proud members of our local 'small business" community, but deliver "BIG" on our brand promise, quality, and service. We go the extra 'mile' when help is needed.
Do you provide a warranty?
Many of our manufacturers provide a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty; but we go a step above by issuing a transferrable Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Our confidence in our ability to do the job the right way, the first time, PLUS our compliance to manufacturer specifications is what drives us to ensure our customers never have to worry about us backing up our work.
Do you work with Insurance Claims?
Yes, a vast majority of roofing projects are insurance related. Your Project Consultant will be with you every step of the way. From the initial call to start your claim process, to meeting with the adjuster, to correspondence with your insurance company, to onsite supervision of the installation, your consultant will be there to manage your project.
